“The poor customer service in the Bistro! On arrival we arrived at 10.50hrs to be told we could NOT register our arrival until 11.00hrs. So we had to hang around until we could register but was advised to wait at the Rudas Thermal Spa down the road. Very annoying going backwards and forwards. The swimming area did not smell nice which did not encourage the use. Then the roof top swimming pool was a small area with a bar with customers who clearly planned to spend the day there as they had occupied the limited sun loungers. The meal in the Bistro was not nice, everything had Too much salt…”
