“I would like to get my refunds because this was a terrible tour experience for me. First of all the tour company didn’t pick me up from the hotel. After I called they said that I have to have my own transport. I got the taxi and reached there and then the tour guide didn’t explain if the Basilica will be closed and there was no vegetarian meals. We didn’t see the any of the places shown in as photos on this tour such as Visgard and no tickets were provided for any of the excursions so whole trip was waist.
