“I would like to get my refunds because this was a terrible tour experience for me. First of all the tour company didn’t pick me up from the hotel. After I called they said that I have to have my own transport. I got the taxi and reached there and then the tour guide didn’t explain if the Basilica will be closed and there was no vegetarian meals. We didn’t see the any of the places shown in as photos on this tour such as Visgard and no tickets were provided for any of the excursions so whole trip was waist. My valuables vacations time was lost entirely for whole…”

“We are on a Viking Cruise which offers free tours at each stop. In Budapest there was a private 7 hr tour that was worth every penny spent. We opted for it in lieu of the free tour. It covered way more of the city and all in a vehicle. Small walks so nothing strenous. Included lunch and ended with a river cruise. Nora did an awesome job getting us to all the highlights.”

“It was a bit of a let down. We found it hard to figure out the ones and outs of the towels and locker room, as there was no signage in English. The main floor attendant was super nice and had to help us out a few times. The pools were ok, the sauna was down for maintenance. Bring your own towel and bathing cap!!! We did another thermal bath outside of town and it was less crowded and had way more saunas.”
