Ride a vintage Trabant from Budapest to Memento Park, explore Communist-era statues with a private guide, and return with a drink included.
“We had a wonderful time on the Memento Park tour with our awesome guide Judit. She picked us up at our hotel in her awesome 1974 Trabant and drove us to the park. The Trabant is a small car that was made in former East Germany. What an ironic way to travel to a park dedicated to monumental statues and plaques from Hungary’s Communist period. I am so glad we took this tour with Judit, instead of going to the park on our own. Judit is very knowledgeable regarding, the history behind the founding of the park, the Hungary’s Communist history and all the statues and plaques within the park.…”

“Excellent service. On time. Friendly and informative Driver. Helps especially when visiting new country. Driver remembered that two of my guests had trouble getting up into the van and on return transfer brought a step so enabled my guest to get into van easily. Very much appreciated his initiative. Will always use and recommend Viator. Than you once again..”

“Aron was an excellent driver. Safety was a big factor for us and him. The van was big enough for 8 of us and all our big luggage and backpacks. Made some stops for us to look around an old town and square. He also had a great recommendation for lunch. The trip did take a little longer than planned but bridge construction was the cause.”

Review of Budapest’s private train station transfer, with platform pickup, flexible scheduling, air-conditioned cars, luggage limits, and value advice.
“OMG. Susanna is the best! On the day of our train arrival there was construction on the tracks so we got re-routed via bus to our arrival train station. She heard about the delay and called us to see where we were, where we needed the drivers to be, and what time should they be there. The drivers were in place when we arrived at the station. The drivers were friendly and drove safely. I highly recommend this company and will use again when I return to Budapest.”
